Ivančica d.d. strengthens its ESG strategy through membership in the LWG

As of April 1, 2025, we are an official member of the Leather Working Group (LWG), further strengthening our sustainability strategy for the 2025–2030 period.

The Leather Working Group (LWG) is a member-led, non-profit organization dedicated to driving excellence in the leather industry, reducing the environmental impact of leather production, and challenging industry perceptions through a suite of tools and ESG certification.

The ESG strategy (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is an increasingly important framework for sustainable business. It promotes responsible and sustainable behavior toward the environment, society, and corporate governance.

All upper material suppliers for Froddo shoes are also members of the LWG. In addition to our LWG membership, we drive multiple sustainability initiatives across our operations:

• Using recycled materials in our products and packaging
• Optimizing water and energy consumption in production processes
• Ensuring and promoting safe, fair, and ethical working conditions
• Reporting regularly and transparently on our progress toward sustainability goals
